I just had my daily dose of socialite gossips from Brian Gorrell’s blog. And I just need to share this.. I found them on his old posts.

4. Students pay more money than they will earn after.
5. School is considered the second home
and the mall considered the third.
6. Call-center employees earn more money than teachers and nurses.
7. Everyone has his personal ghost story and superstition.
8. Mountains like Makiling and Banahaw, are considered holy places.
9. Everything can be forged.
10. All animals are edible. (UHG!)
11. Starbucks is still more expensive than gas.
12. Driving 4 kms can take as much as four hours.
13. Flyovers bring you from the freeway to the side streets.
14. Crossing the street involves running for your dear life.
15. The PC at home is mainly used for games and Friendster or Myspace.
16. Where colonial mentality is dishonestly denied!
17. Where 4 a.m. is not even considered bedtime yet.
18. People can pay to defy the law.
19. Everything and everyone is spoofed.
20. Where even the poverty-stricken get to wear
branded clothes and come home to an empty fridge.
21. The honking of car horns is a way of life.
22. Being called a bum is never ever offensive. In fact, said with pride.
23. Floodwaters take up more than 90 percent of the streets during the rainy season.
24. Where everyone has a relative abroad who keeps them alive.
25. Where wearing your national colors make you baduy.
26. Where even the poorest of the poor have the latest cell phones.

27. Where insurance does not work.
28. Where water can only be classified as tap and dirty.
29. Where bottled water is sosyal.
30. Where the government makes the people pray for miracles. Harharhar!
31. Where University of the Philippines where all the weird people go.
32. Ateneo University is where all the nerds go.
33. La Salle University is where all the Chinese go.
34. College of Saint Benilde is where all the stupid Chinese go
35. University of Asia and the Pacific is where all the irrelevantly
rich people go and Cebu Doctors’ University aka Cebu Dollars University, where the wannabe-rich go.
36. Fast food is a diet meal.
37. Traffic signs are merely suggestions, not regulations.
38. Where being mugged is normal and happens to everyone.
39. Rodents are normal house pets.
40. The definition of traffic is the ‘non-movement’ of vehicles.

41. Where the fighter planes of the 1940s are used for military engagements.
42. The new fighter planes are displayed in museums. Lol!!!
43. Where cigarettes and alcohol are a necessity, and where the lottery is a commodity.
44. Where soap operas tell the realities of life and where the news provides the drama.
45. Where actors make the rules and where politicians provide the entertainment.
46. People can get away with stealing trillions of pesos but not a thousand.
47. Where being an hour late is still considered punctual. Harharhar!!! Grabe!!!
48. Where the squatters complain (even if they do not pay their tax) than those employed and have their tax automatically deducted from their salaries.
49. And where everyone wants to go to another country even to war-stricken ones

I went to McDonald’s for lunch. I ordered a Burger McDo meal and added 20 pesos for a Coca Cola 2008 Olympic contour glass! Not much but its a great souvenir.

The Gucci Gang controversy still lives….
Who would have not heard of this new group here in the Philippines?
Who would have not heard the scandalous issues these people are involved in?
Yes, they are very controversial. The Gucci Gang was born when an Australian national, Brian Shane Gorrell exposed their dirty little secrets. Brian is the Australian blogger who accussed his boyfriend, DJ Montano of swindling him of $70,000 and DJ is a member of the Gucci Gang.
This incident raised a lot questions, doubts and even controversy between Australia and Philippine libel laws.
Just yesterday, I revisited Brian’s blog hoping to read more more dirty secrets from this controversial Manila socialites…
And Brian did not disappointment me at all, I found all juicy stuff and a more… What a great way to end my day!

Today is my first toothche experience? Not first, but my 2nd since I was a kid. I already forgot how painful it is and its driving me crazy. My mood changed and I cannot work. Also, this is giving me a headache. Note: this is not just a simple toothache because its my wisdom tooth. Arggh!

Wisdom teeth are the third molars and usually appear between the ages of 16 and 25. They are commonly extracted when they affect other teeth—this impaction is colloquially known as “coming in sideways.”
Why is this really painful? Whoever discovered this, I hate you. I’m kiddin…
If this goes on until tomorrow, Kibo say goodbye to your wisdom tooth because your going to the dentist for sure… Now, I’m scared. Not tooth extraction please. Hopefully taking some meds will cure the ache err pain.

to gym or not to gym?
An everyday question that I always asked to myself. 
I think I am fat. No, I am getting chubbier. Huhu.
What to do? Exercise? Diet?
Exercise + Diet = that is the best way to lose weight and be healthy
Lately I have been conditioning my mind that I should eat right, lose weight and go to the gym. Waaa, it’s hard at first. Yay! I am on my 3rd week on going to the gym and finally I have my exercise program – toning. I would really try hard not to miss my gym schedule to be able to see some good results.
I can’t wait…

My first post on what seemed to be my 30th something blog. Yes, I have so many blogs with a wide range of topics for the purpose of earning a few dollars from adsense. I am pretty much hardworking, at times.

Anyway, its around 1:57AM right now I just finished my oDesk task which is entering captchas for a client. $1.50 per hour not bad for a very simple data entry task right? Sometimes it is fun and most of the time boring… Tsk tsk tsk. But its fine with me as long as I earn extra.
I need to go now and sleep. I have to be up early tomorrow for work.
